2 DAY ON-SITE TRAINING AT YOUR PRACTICE: Nancy will develop a marketing team within your staff to implement a plan for practice growth. Referral strategies and/or increased case acceptance are emphasized. Observation of your current systems a written report and specific assignments and directions for your team, hands-on dental visits, a workbook with instructions and samples, and six month follow up phone coaching included.

3) ONE YEAR COMPLETE COACHING PROGRAM-
ON-SITE TRAINING AT YOUR PRACTICE: Includes 4 on-site visits, 8 monthly phone calls (on months not visited), monthly team accountability reports sent to Nancy, a Winning Marketing Strategies Workbook, step by step instructions and samples of all strategies. Nancy will develop a marketing team within your staff to implement a plan for practice growth. Referral strategies and increased case acceptance are emphasized.
